Julie Allen Consulting specialises in improving Emotional Intelligence, Workplace Psychological Wellbeing, Psychological Safety and developing Strategic Plans - helping organisations to improve their business performance, productivity as well as increase employee satisfaction and motivation.

Julie has extensive experience over 20 years of supporting a variety of sectors and organisations. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, has a MSc in Business Improvement, is an approved EFQM assessor, as well as an EFQM Gold Star and Investors in Innovation advisor.

Julie is an experienced Aceeptance and Commitment Training (ACT) Practitioner, a member of Dr. Kevin Polk's ProSocial Mastermind Group and licences to interpret and feedback on the Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue), based on Dr. K.V Petrides' trait emotional intelligence theory.
