I live with my husband Terence in the small town Holywood, Co.Down on the East Coast of NI, a mile from the beach (see below) and about 5 miles from Belfast City.
Holywood is the home to musician Van Morrison, Golfer Rory McIlroy, and Actor Jamie Dornan grew up here. It was voted the best place to live in Northern Ireland in 2021 – I have to say I agree!
I live what I preach and my physical and psychological wellbeing is a big focus for me.
I’m a keen, competitive single-figure handicap golfer and from April to September I make sure I find the time to play about 4 times a week.
In the winter I like to walk to keep fit – I’m lucky to have a beautiful coastline and countryside almost on my doorstep.
My family and friends are vital to my well-being too, so I spend as much time as possible with them.
