Candidate Assessments
Understanding a person's behavioural style will allow you to evaluate their fit for certain job roles and their preferences for communicating with others.
“Behavior is the mirror in which everyone shows their image.”
— Johann Wolfgang von Goeth
Do you want to understand how a candidate might behave at work before hiring them?
Every individual has their own unique set of behaviours. By understanding a candidate’s behavioural style and the ideal candidate profile, you can:
Tailor interview questions, exploring specific behaviours and motivations in more detail.
Understand their communication style, what motivates them, and how they react to conflict.
Evaluate a candidate’s fit for certain job roles.
Reduce the risk of hiring someone unsuitable.
Help the successful candidate better understand themselves and what the areas of development will be during onboarding.
How I can help you
I use Thomas International’s Personal Profile Analysis (PPA), a workplace behaviour assessment, which provides an accurate insight into how an individual behaves at work. This can be useful as part of a recruitment process and also the development of the candidate if successful.
