  2. Participation Window: Team members are typically given 10 working days to complete the survey at their convenience.

  3. Survey Distribution: I invite your team to participate via a secure email or weblink, making access easy and hassle-free.

  4. Engagement Drivers: Employees rate your organization across seven key engagement drivers using a scale "strongly agree" to "strongly disagree."

  5. Confidentiality Assured: All responses are completely anonymous and confidential, no personally identifying information is collected to ensure honest feedback.

  6. Data Analysis: Once the survey closes, I compile the data into a clear, actionable dashboard format that categorises responses into Promoters, Passives, and Detractors.

  7. Results Sharing: Only aggregated results are shared with your organisation, ensuring individual anonymity while providing actionable insights.
