Human Centred Leadership

Over the last few weeks, I have been selecting a key characteristic of future-ready organisations and sharing my 3 top tips relating to these.

Leadership is evolving and the focus today is on developing human-centred organisations that are digitally enabled.

 If you want to be more a more effective leader you will need to: 

  1. Create a clear shared purpose that the team can sign up to. Have regular conversations about the shared purpose and what actions are required to move closer towards it.

  2. Seek your team members’ views and opinions and ask them individually what you can do to make their lives easier.

  3. Become more self-aware, drop the mask and show up as your true self.
